PRIVACY POLICY

Trevikart S.r.l., with registered office at Via Castellana 90, 31036 Ospedaletto d’Istrana (TV), Italy, as Personal Data Controller (hereinafter, ‘Data Controller’), issues this Privacy Policy to the Data Subject in accordance with European and Italian regulations on personal data protection.

This Privacy Policy supplements our Website’s Browsing Policy in order to inform the User of how the Company will specifically process Personal Data input into this contact form. Please therefore read our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Purposes and legal basis of processing

The Data Controller shall process Personal Data communicated through this form for the sole purpose of responding to requests submitted, for instance to obtain information on products or services (including mailing of the brochure, catalogue and/or other company information materials), to receive a quotation, etc. Consent is therefore not required, since processing is necessary in order to respond to such requests.

Data retention period

If information is being requested, the Data shall be processed for the time necessary to respond, without prejudice to further retention for the time period necessary for resolution (however achieved) of any disputes that should arise.

Nature of Data provision and consequences of refusal

Provision of Data is strictly related to use of the contact form and is therefore necessary in order to send the request for information. Indeed, failure to provide it makes it impossible to provide the requested information.

Scope of Data communication and categories of recipients

The Data Controller shall not disclose the Data but shall communicate it to internal personnel authorised to process it in relation to their various duties, and to companies in the Group, professionals or service companies, and Public and Private Bodies, also following inspections and audits.

These recipients, when processing Data on behalf of the Data Controller, shall be appointed Data Supervisors through a specific agreement or other legal deed.

Transfer of Data to a third country and/or international organisation

Personal Data shall not be transferred to non-European third countries or to international organisations.

Rights of the Data Subject

Data Subjects have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to their Personal Data and to rectify it if inaccurate, erase it or restrict its processing if certain conditions are met, and obtain portability of data personally provided.
