PRIVACY POLICY

Trevikart S.r.l., with registered office at Via Castellana 90, 31036 Ospedaletto d’Istrana (TV), Italy, as Personal Data Controller (hereinafter, ‘Data Controller’), issues this Privacy Policy to the Data Subject in accordance with European and Italian regulations on personal data protection.

This Privacy Policy supplements the Website’s Browsing Policy in order to inform the User of how the Data Controller will specifically process Personal Data input into this contact form. Please therefore read our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Purposes and legal basis of processing

The Data Controller shall process Personal Data in order to enable Users to register with the restricted area and access the relative services, and to carry out all associated administrative, accounting and fiscal activities and, more generally, fulfil all legal obligations to which it is subject. The legal basis for processing is the need to pursue the above-mentioned purposes.

Data retention period

The Data Controller shall retain data identifying the Data Subject in order to keep the account active until the Data Subject requests deletion of the user account, without prejudice to further retention for the time period necessary for resolution (however achieved) of any disputes that should arise. The Data Controller has the right to delete the registered user account where it deems appropriate or if it violates the Terms and Conditions.

Nature of Data provision and consequences of refusal

Provision of Data is necessary, and any refusal to provide it, in whole or in part, may therefore make it impossible for the Data Controller to pursue the above-mentioned purposes.

Categories of recipients

The Data Controller shall not disclose the Data but shall communicate it to internal personnel authorised to process it in relation to their various duties and to companies in the Group, credit institutions, carriers/shipping agents, credit insurance, credit recovery, commercial information, factoring or consultancy companies, business associations and/or organisations, professionals or service companies, and Public and Private Bodies, also following inspections and audits.

These recipients, when processing Data on behalf of the Data Controller, shall be appointed Data Supervisors through a specific agreement or other legal deed.

Transfer of Data to a third country and/or international organisation

Personal Data shall not be transferred to non-European third countries or to international organisations.

Rights of the Data Subject

Data Subjects have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to their Personal Data and to rectify it if inaccurate, erase it or restrict its processing if certain conditions are met, object to processing performed on legitimate grounds by the Data Controller, and obtain portability of data personally provided only if subject to automated processing based on consent or agreement. Data Subjects also have the right to withdraw consent provided for processing purposes that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given prior to withdrawal.
